-Very strict sleepover rules at only two guests a month
-Continuous upkeep inspections with large fees for unkempt rooms.
-Fairly expensive for such a rule heavy accommodation, you would expect more leniency from a freelance accommodation, but at the same time the apartments are better quality than most others in Sligo.
Pros:
-Staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with.
-Maintainence crews get jobs done quickly and well.
-Apartments are large and very cozy.
-Central location.
